Throughout our two plants we operate a number of machines that allow us to provide a quality finish for your project whatever it may be.

 

Sewing Machines -  Our suite of sewing machines includes an extended arm unit which allows our team to work with wider width fabrics.  Twin needle machines allow for quicker production and add strength to seams, and a high speed gate stitching unit gives us the ability to turn projects around quickly, and provide a reinforced finish to pressure points.

 

CAD  Plotter and Cutter - Eliminates the need for manual cutting.  This computer aided system allows our team to cut multiple projects per day, with accuracy to the millimetre and minimal waste.

 

Welding systems - We house the full range of welding systems available in the textile industry which provides the scope to manufacture a wide range of products from airtight inflatable structures through to PVC curtains.
