Ziptrak® uses a spring-balanced, track-guided system: the blind runs in side tracks, so there are no ropes, zips or pulleys. Smooth, one-handed operation — just push up or pull down and stop it at whatever height suits, and the Centre-Lock-Release mechanism secures it fully closed at the bottom. Canvasland measures the space and designs the installation, Rainbow Shade manufacture the screens to those drawings, and our own crew fits them — sealing your space against wind, rain and glare while keeping the view.

- Custom-made to each opening — openings wider than 1300mm have a vertical weld join through the centre

How do Ziptrak blinds work?
They run in side tracks with spring-balanced tension — push up or pull down one-handed and stop it at any position; the Centre-Lock-Release secures it fully closed at the bottom.
Can I still see out?
Yes — choose clear PVC to keep the view and light, or tinted/mesh for more glare control and privacy.
Are they waterproof?
Clear/tinted PVC blinds shed rain and seal the sides via the tracks; mesh is for shade and wind rather than full rain sealing. We'll match the material to your needs.
Manual or motorised?
Both available — manual one-handed operation as standard, motorised on request.
Do they suit cafes and businesses?
Very much — they're a standard way to extend usable outdoor hospitality space.
Do you install?

Will the clear PVC look different in winter vs summer?
Clear PVC moves slightly with temperature — it can look a touch different tensioned cold vs warm. Normal, and we'll talk you through it at handover.
